These can be found on the plugins page. If you are looking for MPFB2, it can be found in the plugins directory.
If you want to download the source code for MakeHuman and/or run from a source snapshot, see the MakeHuman repository on Github. Look for the file named *-nightly-windows.zip.
We are still producing nightly builds (see which version should I download?), which can be found in the download directory. At this point we recommended that you download the stable release (1.2.0)
